Logging In To The ACC Website
How Do I Log In?
The Member Login form can be reached by clicking the Member Login button at the top of any page on the ACC website, or clicking this link.
Member Login Details
The new ACC website includes separate login accounts for Primary Members and Spouse Members, each with unique usernames and passwords. Prior to launching the new ACC website, you should have received an email to your primary email address indicating what your temporary username and password are.
If both the Primary Member and Spouse Member have registered the same email address with ACC, you will have received 2 such emails. If you didn’t receive or have misplaced those emails, you can do the following steps:
- Send yourself a username reminder email
- Send yourself a password reset email
- Call ACC Membership Services on (02)2885-8260 ext. 66 if you continue to have problems or would like to change the email address you have registered with us for the Primary or Spouse Member.
Why Should I Log In?
Certain features of the website, such as access to your account transactions at the club and booking places in fitness classes are restricted to member accounts only and therefore require login.
