HYROX

HYROX is a fitness workout combining running with functional workouts. Participants face eight physical challenges, each followed by a 1 km run. Workouts include rowing, sled pushing, burpee broad jumps, and more, testing overall fitness, endurance, and strength. The aim is to complete the course as quickly as possible.

Sessions: Every Wednesday Morning

Starting Date: September 18

Time: 11 to 11:50 a.m.

Instructor: Billy Tseng

Capacity: Min 3 – Max 6 participants per class
