Exercise Your Right to Shape the Club!

As the Annual General Meeting (AGM) approaches, your participation is vital to ensure we achieve the required quorum of at least 654 voting bondholding Members. To avoid the unnecessary expense and inconvenience of rescheduling, we kindly ask for your commitment to attend and cast your vote on the key matters at hand. As a token of appreciation, each voting bondholder who casts a valid vote will receive NT$1,000 F&B credit, which will be redeemable from noon 05/05/2025 until 12/31/2025.

AGM information was mailed on Monday, April 7, 2025, while other materials have been posted in the Members Only section of the website (please click here, login required), on the Club’s notice board, as well as in the lobby. These will help you make an informed choice.

Please complete and return your Ballot, “Attendance Form” or your “Not Able to Attend Form with Proxy” as soon as possible (mailing to Deloitte need to be sent out no later than April 21, 2025) and plan to visit the club on Saturday, April 26 to help ensure we meet our physical attendance requirements.

Also be reminded that on the same day, we have the 2025 ACC Festival. We will close the Club that afternoon till evening to thank all the Members for their support of the AGM and another successful year. Members may still vote while the clubhouse is closed to set up for the party and during the party until sufficient ballots are collected.

We are expecting a large number of Members to attend the party and considering that we will be serving plenty of beer and wine for adults, it is highly recommended for Members to take a taxi – or public transportation.
