March/April Bi-Monthly Challenge: Push-Up to Plank
Test your endurance and core strength with our latest challenge! Move from a push-up position to plank and back to push-up as many times as possible in 2 minutes.
Challenge Details:
Objective: This challenge tests upper body endurance, core stability, and muscular coordination. Participants must transition from a push-up position to a forearm plank and back to a push-up position, completing as many repetitions as possible within 2 minutes.
Rules: The body must remain straight throughout the movement—no sagging hips or raised glutes.

★ Male & Female Divisions
★ Age Groups: Under 40 / Over 40
How to Participate: Come to the Fitness Center during the challenge period and ask a member of the Fitness Staff to time your attempt.
Prizes: The top male and female winners will receive a case of Okina Deep Sea Water.
