With nearly 30 years in the food and wine industry, Chef Bodell brings his passion, expertise, and signature flair to create an unforgettable dining experience. Chef Bodell’s impressive culinary journey includes employment with several world-class Food and Beverage operations, developing recipes inspired by the Coppola and Delicato families, and leading the award-winning restaurant Rustic, Francis’s Favorites. Chef Bodell has also been honored to cook at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City. |
