The InBody Machine gives a clear analysis about the body composition and the muscles to fat ratio. This will help you with your weight loss plans, leading to a healthy lifestyle. You can track your progress with a confidential, easy to read chart so you can monitor your progress and adjust your training routines if needed.
The Fitness Center will organize a two-day free trial of the InBody Machine for all our members to use. You can sign up for this event at the Fitness Center reception desk or call us for a reservation.
