Join us for an extraordinary evening of Japanese culinary artistry and premium sake at the Gyoson. This event promises to be an unforgettable experience, bringing together the
finest sake and dishes meticulously crafted in perfect harmony.
The Sake Selection:
We are proud to feature a handpicked selection of sake from the renowned Kikunotsukasa Shuzo Brewery, including:
- 菊之司 稻波 (Inami)
Rich and full-bodied, this sake enhances the savory notes of the cuisine. - 菊之司 心星 (Shinboshi)
Delicate and balanced, this sake offers a refreshing contrast to the preceding flavors. - 菊之司 遊山(Yusan)
A complex and aromatic sake that perfectly complements the intricate flavors of our carefully curated dishes.
The evening will conclude on a sweet note with the exquisite Tentaka 天鷹戀醉蜂蜜酒 (Honey Sake), perfectly paired with our dessert selection.
