Get ready to embrace the Olympic spirit with the ACC-Lympics Medals Challenge!

Duration: September 9 – September 27

Award Ceremony: October 2 | 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM | California Room

♣ Racquet Sports – Spider Agility Time Trial Challenge – see VIDEO here

How to Participate: Register at the Pro Shop. Compete in timed agility runs with tennis balls on the court. The fastest times win!
Medals: Top three male and female runners.
How to gain “Super Athlete” Points: Participants can earn one point for each time trial run, with a maximum of two points per day.

How to Participate: Sign up at the Swimming Pool office and swim as much as you can. Distance records will be tracked on a participation chart.
Medals: Top three male and female swimmers with the longest distance.
How to gain “Super Athlete” Points: Earn 1 point before noon and 1 point after noon daily, with a maximum of two points per day.

How to Participate: Accumulate points by visiting the gym, joining group classes, or participating in private training sessions.
Medals: Top three male and female trainers.
How to gain “Super Athlete” Points:
- 1 point for every 30 minutes of individual training (maximum 2 points per day)
- 2 points for joining a Group Class (maximum 2 points per day)
- 2 points for a Private Training session (maximum 2 points per day)
- A maximum of six points per day.

Sign-Up Prizes: Earn a prize for registering in each sport department.

Super Athlete Awards (for those who would live to achieve more):

Compete in all 3 sport departments and accumulate the most points. One male and one female Super Athlete will be honored!
